Everything you need to know about placing an order and purchasing from this site

CUSTOM PIECES

Each piece has been created by hand, with care. They are one offs and all diligence is put in place throughout the process to ensure the brief is being met, so there are no surprises at the end. Several check points are put in place to allow the customer to give feedback and confirm the brief is being met.

CUSTOMER CARE

We're a small business, with real people. We take the time to make sure everyone is happy throughout the purchase process. We are just an email away if you have any enquiries and we are more than happy to assist!

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped out within 7 days of purchase and payment, unless otherwise specified. If you require a rush order, please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate to the best we can.

For all International orders, it will usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive and a tracking number will be provided.
 


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will try to give you the best product possible, but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we do accept exchanges or returns and will issue a credit note (valid for 3 months).

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

-- It is not a custom piece.

-- The item is unused and in brand new, resale-able condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.

-- The item is returned within 14 days of the postal date.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.

If wishing to return an item for exchange, please contact us directly at hello@theenvyedit.com. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept refunds.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us directly at hello@theenvyedit.com.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns. 

The store cannot be held liable for any losses incurred that result from incorrect shipping information.
